* What You’ll Do:

*** Assess and evaluate risks for new and existing business (Fleet, Garage), with a focus on National Fleets
* Analyze reports to resolve adequate exposure and loss ratings.
* Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing levels and policy form amendments.
* Manage and negotiate renewal terms for the retention of business.
* Work with brokers to develop new business opportunities
* Apply loss control and risk management practices in the underwriting process.
* Respond to inquiries from brokers regarding modification to policy files in a timely and efficient manner.
* Build and maintain excellent broker relationships and management of assigned broker portfolios.
* Provide excellent Customer service.
** What You’ll Bring:
*** 5–10 years of Commercial Auto underwriting experience (Fleet & Garage)
* CIP designation (completed or in progress) preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
* Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid team environment
* Proficient with standard business software; RTM system knowledge is an asset
* Able to manage deadlines and perform well under pressure##
** What you’ll get:
*** The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000-$90,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
