Overview

Location – Toronto ON (Hybrid for 3 days)

Skills:

• Design and implement IAM solutions for enterprise and cloud environments, with a focus on Forge Rock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, IG).
• Manage authentication and authorization using protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Lead or contribute to microservice initiatives with Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Gradle, NodeJS, RESTful APIs, Cloud SQL, and Kafka.
• Integrate Forge Rock components and automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to technical teams.
• Implement identity federation, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication strategies.
• Ensure cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance considerations are incorporated into IAM solutions.

• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on expertise in Forge Rock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, IG).
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP.
• 7 years of experience in microservice implementation using Java/J2EE, Spring, Gradle, NodeJS, RESTful APIs, Cloud SQL, and Kafka.
• 5 years of experience in integration with Forge Rock and deep understanding of authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and PKI.
• 5 years of experience in automating deployment processes and working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Google Cloud Deployment, etc.).
• Proficiency in Dev Ops tools (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines) for IAM deployment and automation.
• Experience designing IAM solutions for enterprise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with identity federation, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication strategies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management skills, and ability to guide technical teams across departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex IAM integrations.
• Ability to develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
