Responsibilities Direct and lead security planning and strategy across IT systems, operations, and infrastructure.
Conduct audits of existing systems and recommend proactive security improvements.
Originate, implement, and maintain security policies and standards .
Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and disaster recovery simulations.
Provide security consulting aligned with banking regulations and internal controls.
Maintain awareness and alignment of security policy with business objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders (50% interaction rate) on program execution and standards compliance.
Participate in initiatives to prevent errors, fraud, and abuse.
Evaluate procedures for gaps and failures in disaster response readiness.
Required Experience 8+ years of experience conducting security assessments and making security recommendations.
Proven work history applying banking standards to IT and cloud environments.
Hands-on experience working with PEGA cloud platforms in a security context.
Nice-to-Have Experience Previous experience working in the financial services industry or within a top-tier bank.
Background in security testing aligned with regulated industries.
Experience supporting large cross-functional teams.
