The Domain Architect – Operational Technology plays a crucial role in shaping the architecture, governance, and evolution of operational technology solutions and infrastructures. This position involves integrating traditional OT systems with emerging technologies to ensure safe, resilient, and integrated industrial operations. The role supports innovations in mining 4.0, sustainability, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computing, Industrial Systems, or related fields.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or operational technology leadership in industrial or mining sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of OT systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, IoT sensors, and industrial protocols.
• Expertise in OT/IT integration, edge computing architectures, digital twins, advanced automation, and predictive analytics.
• Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity, including IEC 62443 frameworks, NIST, and incident management.
• Fluent in English for global communication and advanced Portuguese.

• Technical certifications in OT, such as ISA/IEC 62443 or Certified Automation Professional.
• Experience with industrial digital platforms, analytics, and AI/ML applied to operations.
• Experience in large-scale mining operations.

• Define, document, and govern OT architectures, ensuring alignment between industrial systems and IT/Cloud integration.
• Design solutions for real-time control, monitoring, automation, and analysis of industrial processes.
• Lead modernization projects, edge/cloud OT integration, and operational security initiatives.
• Foster alignment between OT and IT teams for secure and efficient integration of technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and strategic partners to ensure system interoperability.
