* Job Description:

**** KEY QUALIFICATIONS
*** Successful candidate for the role should have a solid background in data engineering or programming field, as this role is expected to own the issues in an end-to-end fashion while working closely with Data Engineer to resolve issues.
* Ability to be hands on with data development work, including but not limited to data profiling to identify correct data elements, development of data pipelines, perform data load.
* Ability to summarize and communicate issues/updates in simple and summarized view while maintaining the technical depth to drill down individual issues when asked.
* Act as the POD owner delegate to provide overall POD leadership, refine backlog items and assign issues to POD member when required .
* Able to communicate effectively both upstream and downstream to both data providers and business requirement stakeholders.
* Understanding of existing TD data infrastructure would be considered an asset.
** CUSTOMER
* ** Lead on complex analysis in an evolving data environment
* Gather, analyze, document and maintain all data requirements related to the business applications, interfaces, and reporting environments in different kinds of data maps
* Apply standards and best practices to ensure that the application’s data is accurate, complete, current, understandable, and accessible
* Work with data owners to define and manage data dictionary / catalog for respective data platforms, systems / servers / applications
* Flow to advice on efforts of data modelers, data warehouse/data integration developers, and data management process in data lakes, database usage and data warehousing
* Adopt, maintain and enhance Enterprise Data Governance related policies, in alignment with TD's Enterprise standards
* Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging data information management solutions and/or frameworks
* Ensure respective programs / policies / practices are well managed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities
* Provide leadership in cross-functional / enterprise  initiatives as a top expert, helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations across multiple domains
* Keep updated on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
* Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
** SHAREHOLDER
* ** Collaborate with technology and business teams  to ensure alignment and guide successful delivery of data solutions.
* Facilitate data analysis and investigations for business users and QA teams, assisting with complex issues and validating business cases during development and testing phases
* Provide oversight on business impact post-implementation, ensuring the data solution meets the intended business outcomes during the warranty period.
* Coordinate business requirements with technical teams with an oversight of ensuring smooth integration of data into source code repositories and promoting effective source code management practices.
* Lead or participate in business and technical design reviews, ensuring that data architectures meet both operational and business objectives.
