We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect to design and lead the implementation of end-to-end risk, compliance, and governance solutions on the Service Now platform.

As a key member of our Service Now Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable IRM solutions, aligning platform architecture with enterprise security and compliance objectives. You’ll partner with program managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver a robust, automated, and data-driven risk management ecosystem.

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Service Now IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Define solution architecture, data models, and integrations across the Service Now ecosystem and external systems (e.g., Archer, Splunk, Qualys, or GRC tools).
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, ensuring alignment with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800‑53, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
• Oversee technical design documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration architecture, and process models.

• Serve as the IRM subject matter expert (SME) across business units, guiding best practices and platform optimization.
• Advise stakeholders on the Service Now roadmap and provide thought leadership on risk and compliance automation.
• Partner with enterprise architects to align IRM solutions with organizational strategy and governance.
• Participate in architecture review boards and contribute to overall platform governance.

• Work with development teams to implement complex workflows, business rules, and scripts to support risk and compliance automation.
• Drive integration with Security Operations (Sec Ops), Vulnerability Response, and ITSM modules for unified risk visibility.
• Ensure seamless data exchange with third‑party systems and data lakes for reporting and analytics.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features and releases.
• Identify areas for platform optimization, automation, and performance improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, admins, and process owners.
• Stay up to date with the latest Service Now IRM and GRC releases, capabilities, and industry trends.
