Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex business processes, identifying system requirements, and working closely with development and product teams to implement technical solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes and workflows.
• Develop and document system specifications and functional requirements working closely with functional teams including product, design, risk, fraud amongst others.
• Work closely with product and engineering team to design, test, and deploy new systems and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure optimal system functionality.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in financial services / fintech (preferably).
• Strong technical, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Start‑up experience as an added plus.
