We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with experience in IT or digital health environments to support identity and access management (IAM) operations and product integration initiatives. The role involves business process design, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, documentation, and operational support for ONE n.

• Lead requirements elicitation, validation, and documentation.
• Support business process design, implementation, and improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate product/service integration projects as a business process SME.
• Execute IAM processes including authentication, authorization, and service implementation.
• Coordinate client integrations, stakeholder requests, incidents, and escalations within SLAs.
• Contribute to Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) design and execution.
• Produce clear process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
• Support change management and service transformation activities.
• Ensure complete knowledge transfer and documentation at assignment end.

• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (IT or digital health).
• Strong experience in business process design and implementation.
• Knowledge of IAM frameworks and identity/access operations.
• Experience supporting integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Digital health ecosystem experience.
• ITSM knowledge.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Public sector experience.
