Our client is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
• Operational responsibilities:
Coordinate ONE l activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
Support communication and engagement plans for ONE s.
Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
• Project Responsibilities:
Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives, including IAM activities and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments.
• Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting product integration projects.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework.
Desired
Skills:
Experience in the digital health ecosystem
Proven ability to work within IAM framework
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment
Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
Knowledge of ITSM practices
Required Skills:
Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interpret and update technical/process documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
