Operational Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business and technical requirements to support internal and partner teams and the business to stand up end-to-end AI solutions within the bank.Work closely with various technology/project teams to understand business' AI needs and provide analysis and requirements to ensure the product/solution design / development initiatives are in line with the planned design and standards.Collaborate with technology and business partners to resolve issues and ensure requirements and established SLAs, while adhering to enterprise frameworks or methodologies pertaining to AI lifecycle, enhancement, risk, and governance.Ensure business operations follow applicable internal and external requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals and physical control of assets).Participate in cross-functional / enterprise / initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations.Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practices.Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.Maintain clear documentation of readiness and operational workflows, SOPs, target operating and interaction models, and ongoing business/technology dependencies for scale and handover.Support the AI Defence Leadership team in providing high-level and detailed updates across organizational levels, maintain a feedback loop for proactive plan adaptation, and maintain transparence through clear reporting and issues' escalation.Team and Stakeholders' Responsibilities:
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest.Provide industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team, business unit, and/or cross-functional groups or committees (e.g., AI Governance, AI Vulnerability Management).Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team.Keep others informed and up to date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others, by sharing knowledge and experiences and leveraging best practices.Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.Reporting Responsibilities:
Translate program data into actionable insights, managing productivity and performance dashboards to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful reporting.Participate in AI app security incident responses relevant to business (or enterprise wide) and represent respective function and Enterprise position to the business, and business needs to incident response team.Provide input on AI security-related Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and questions.Qualifications:
