Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead business and technical analysis in the payment’s domain. This role requires expertise in Visa Integration, SWIFT, ISO
20022 standards
, and SQL-based data analysis
. The candidate will work closely with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, optimal configurations, and secure payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand new business requirements and perform detailed business analysis.
• Prepare data mapping, technical requirements, and conduct application testing.
• Analyze payment transactional data and provide recommendations to prevent business-technical data leakage.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of applications, interdependencies, architecture, payment flows, and optimal business solution configurations.
• Analyze and manipulate large data sets for reporting and decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain full awareness of process controls.
• Lead interactions with business, technology teams, and external vendors to define program-level requirements.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows, and data models.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and document user interactions with system functions.
• Identify and resolve issues preventing an optimal experience for stakeholders.
• Ensure Business Recovery Plans are in place.
• Integrate technical solutions within the business environment, recognizing system design and data interdependencies.
• Establish appropriate security levels for processes, information exchange, and system implementations.
• Define, review, and influence standards and quality metrics.
• Assist in the development of conversion and implementation strategies.
• Conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support system implementation and production readiness, liaising with change management, IT architecture, and business teams.
