ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist who has experience working with AdTech data to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions across our advertising products and platforms. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to uncover insights, improve performance, and enable scalable, data-driven optimization. You will be responsible for designing experiments, developing metrics, performing advanced analyses, and building foundational models that influence the evolution of our ad ecosystem.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and business initiatives, providing statistically sound recommendations for optimization and deployment.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, ensuring data quality, understanding their drivers, and creating informative dashboards for real-time monitoring and stakeholder communication.

  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources, preparing data for analysis and supporting ad-hoc requests from business and product teams.

  • Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, identify root causes of performance changes, and generate actionable insights for product development and business strategy.

  • Build basic analytical models (e.g., linear regression, classification) to predict key outcomes, segment users, or provide deeper quantitative insights, going beyond descriptive statistics.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define data and experimentation requirements for new features and enhancements.

  • Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development of data best practices, including documentation, reproducible analysis workflows, and data quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 2–5+ years of experience working with Ad Tech, digital advertising, programmatic data, or related large-scale user behavior datasets.
