We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, multi‑team integration initiative in the ATM domain
, focused on enhancing security through upgraded encrypted PIN pads. This project is driven by new PCI requirements (TR-3134), which mandate changes in encryption key delivery and execution processes. The successful candidate will coordinate across vendors, hardware/software teams, and backend systems to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end solution.

• Manage the replacement and upgrade of PIN pads across branch locations.
• Implement advanced encryption standards to meet new PCI compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors (hardware and software) for integration and delivery.
• Oversee multiple integration points across modules, testing teams, and backend systems.
• Ensure successful unit testing and consolidation of deliverables into a single solution.

• Experience in financial institutions with ATM and branch environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ATM encryption standards including:
  • EPP (Encrypted PIN Pad)
  • PIN/MAC keys
  • PCI encryption (ISO-01, Triple DES)
• Understanding of ATM communication protocols (NDC or DDC) and key management/distribution processes.
• Expertise in cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric encryption) with proven ability to deliver secure solutions.
• Track record of managing multi‑team ATM projects involving vendors (NCR, Diebold), integrators, terminal handler teams, and host backend teams.
• Strong integration management skills
  , including unit testing and solution consolidation.

• Knowledge of XFS architecture for ATM software integration.
• Familiarity with TR-31/34 key block protocols and ISO-04 standards.
• Experience with AES encryption for advanced cryptographic implementations.
