JOB SUMMARY

As Marketing Manager, you will run AIIM’s day to day marketing engine and help drive our growth. Your primary focus will be keeping our brand and go to market moving every week through website updates in Word Press, a consistent social media strategy across organic and paid, and the creation of sales and marketing assets that help our team continue to win, including sales collateral, case studies, testimonials, vertical messaging, and internal communications and graphics as needed.

Lead generation will be a secondary focus, driven through practical paid and organic programs across Google Ads and social. You will track results in GA4 and Hub Spot and work closely with Sales to turn AIIM’s capabilities into clear market messaging, consistent visibility, and steady pipeline support.

KNOWLEDGE Education

Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field is required

Experience
  • 3+ years in a hands on B2B marketing role where you owned website updates, social strategy and content, and sales enablement materials end to end.
  • Strong working experience with Word Press plus core marketing tools like Hub Spot, Google Ads, and GA4, with the ability to publish, track, and improve results.
  • Proven ability to create go to market assets that help Sales win, including sales collateral, case studies, testimonials, vertical messaging, and campaign creative.
Skills
  • Strong writing and messaging skills, able to turn complex services into clear, compelling market language across web, email, social, and sales materials.
  • Hands on digital execution across Word Press, Hub Spot, landing pages, and email, with the ability to build, publish, and iterate quickly.
  • Graphic design and creative production capability using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, with comfort creating on brand graphics for social, one pagers, case studies, and light presentation support.
  • Practical paid and analytics skill, able to run Google Ads and paid social where needed and track results in GA4 and Hub Spot to improve performance over time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own, in conjunction with the Sales Team, AIIM’s weekly marketing execution plan and go to market priorities.
  • Own, in conjunction with the Sales Team, the creation and refresh of sales collateral that supports revenue, including one pagers, capability sheets, vertical messaging, simple decks, and supporting visuals.
  • Own, in conjunction with the Sales Team, the development of case studies and testimonials by capturing outcomes, proof points, and customer stories.
  • Own, in conjunction with the Sales Team, go to market planning for key solutions and verticals, including Insurance, Financial Services, Government, Not for Profit, and Retail.
  • Maintain and update AIIM websites in Word Press, including page updates, basic builds, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
  • Build and execute a consistent social media strategy across organic and paid, including content planning, posting cadence, creative production, and performance reporting.
  • Manage Hub Spot Marketing execution, including email sends, lists, forms, landing pages, basic workflows, and reporting hygiene.
  • Develop external client communications including newsletters, campaign emails, and content updates that support awareness, retention, and pipeline.
  • Support SEO fundamentals and modern AI search visibility, including on page improvements, content updates, and basic technical hygiene.
