• Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution
  :
  Define testing strategy, develop test plans/cases/scripts, and execute functional, non-functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT testing across GUI and non-GUI systems using both manual and automated tools.
• Drive technical testing across complex environments
  :
  Configure test environments and support testing for in-house and COTS applications, high-availability systems, real-time data feeds, desktop/mobile platforms, and telephony/radio technologies (IP telephony, Avaya, P25, CAD), leveraging tools such as Selenium, Eggplant, JIRA, Confluence, and Test Rail.
• Collaborate and ensure quality delivery
  :
  Partner with project leads and cross-functional teams across the SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), provide analytical and troubleshooting expertise, manage defects and version control, and deliver high-quality outcomes while meeting deadlines.

• We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
