Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Middleware Specialist to support the design, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise middleware and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in middleware platforms and Azure cloud infrastructure, contributing to both production and non‑production environments through modern CI/CD and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities
Environment Design & Implementation

Contribute to the technical architecture and design of middleware environments

Build and deploy new cloud‑based infrastructure

Support and maintain enterprise middleware platforms

Provide ongoing operational support for Azure‑hosted environments

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Develop build books and operational support guides

Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training to internal IT teams

Required Experience & Technical Expertise
Middleware Platforms

10+ years of hands‑on experience working with:

IBM Web Sphere

Cúram

Adobe Experience Manager

Oracle

Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Azure Cloud Engineering
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure including:

Build & manage production and non‑production environments via CI/CD pipelines

Configure and manage:

Virtual Networks (VNet)

Load Balancers

Storage & Compute (VMs)

Containers & Kubernetes

Azure Application Gateway

Azure App Service & Azure Spring Apps

Application Insights

Implement:

Backup & Restore

High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR)

Azure AD & Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC)

Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator is preferred.

Infrastructure & Dev Ops Expertise
Infrastructure as Code & Automation

Azure Portal, Power Shell, and CLI administration

IaC using:

Terraform

Ansible

Azure Dev Ops with Git repositories

Compute & Storage

Plan and manage Virtual Machines

Deploy Docker containers via:

Azure App Service

Azure Spring Apps

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Manage:

Azure Storage Accounts

Blob Storage

File Storage & File Sync

Implement storage security

Networking & Traffic Management

Implement secure VNets using:

IP Addressing

NSGs

Azure Firewall

Azure DNS

Configure:

Azure Load Balancer

Application Gateway

SSL/TLS‑secured endpoints

Network routing

Monitoring, Governance & Data Protection

Implement backup strategies for:

Virtual Machines

Files & folders

Configure monitoring using:

Azure Monitor

Application Insights

Log Analytics

Enforce governance using:

Azure Policy

Azure AD

RBAC & Subscription Management

Must Have:

IBM Web Sphere, Curam, Adobe Experience Manager, and Red Hat Linux

Implement  Docker Image using Azure App Service, Azure Spring App Service, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)

Implement monitoring using App Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics
