Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our technology team and drive the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, Omni Studio, integrations, data migration, and CI/CD pipelines—along with the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components including Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, LWCs, Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.
Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder, and advanced SOQL/SOSL queries.
Integration Engineering   Develop integrations using Mule Soft, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS Connect, Azure AD SSO, and Talend.
Create and maintain API proxy classes and external services.
Support IAM, authentication, and SSO for internal and community users.
Data Migration & ETL   Execute complex data migrations using Data Loader, Bulk API, Talend, and Mule Soft.
Define data models, field mapping, and end-to-end migration strategies.
CI/CD, Dev Ops & Deployment   Utilize Gearset, SFDX, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, ANT, and Jira for end‑to‑end deployment automation.
Automate metadata deployments with minimal manual intervention.
Configure roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD & sharing rules.
Build reports, dashboards, custom layouts, and record types.
Ensure platform compliance, performance tuning, and governance.
Requirements Analysis & Collaboration   Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Work with architects, BAs, QA, and stakeholders for end‑to‑end delivery.
Documentation & QA   Create detailed technical documentation and deployment guides.
Develop Apex test classes to ensure high code coverage.
Support functional and regression testing cycles.

Required Qualifications  Technical Skills   5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Omni Studio, Integrations, and Data Migration.

Experience with Git‑based workflows, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Certifications   Salesforce Platform Developer I
Soft Skills   Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
