Who we need

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Technology and Operations team. As our new Project Coordinator, Technology and Operations, you will be at the centre of high-impact initiatives that shape how our technology and operations teams deliver results. You will bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to large, multi-disciplinary projects supporting intake, planning, tracking, and execution. From coordinating project requests to maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, and managing project tasks in Smartsheet, you will help ensure priorities are aligned and initiatives move forward with momentum.

This is an existing vacancy for a full-time hybrid role, working 3 days a week in our downtown Toronto office.

As our new Project Coordinator, Technology and Operations you will:
  • Support end-to-end project delivery. You will coordinate projects across their full lifecycle using Technology and Operations best practices, tools, and templates. You will create, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans, and manage Smartsheet for assigned projects and change requests. You will track day-to-day progress across concurrent projects of varying size and stage, including action items, risks, deliverables, timelines, and follow-up.
