* Job Description:

** The Manager, Finance Data Solution Specialist, plays a pivotal role in shaping sustainable data-assets for Finance (Analytics & AI) in partnership with delivery partners. This role in the Finance Data Strategy & Management function will bring the experience of automating analytics with the use of current productivity tools (Power Pivot, Power BI, Databricks etc.) while also bringing the understandings of traditional AI (Causal & Prediction) & emerging AI (GenAI / Agentic AI) to shape the finance for future.##

* Leading in simplification of the finance processes by applying analytical mindset to speed up outcomes
* Collaborating with Finance stakeholders to understand the underlying data & process linkages
* Defining strategy and success metrics for innovation initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
* Communicating progress, value metrics, and key insights to senior leadership to influence the Finance innovation roadmap.
* Working with stakeholders to surface pain points and crowd source solutions across multiple Finance groups##

Soft Skills:

*** Experience in delivering end-to-end analytical assets to business users by collaborating with delivery partners
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI for financial analysis
* Strong knowledge of data processes & data integration in cloud computing & / or oracle toolsets (GL, OFSAA, OAC etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and colleague engagement
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
** Technical

Skills:

*** Advanced proficiency in Excel including advanced functions, deep data analysis (pivot tables, power query, power pivot, what-if analysis, solver etc.) & dashboard creation (Charts, slicers etc.)

* ** Proficiency in Microsoft Productivity Toolkit including CoPilot Prompt Engineering (Contextual Prompting)
* Experience in developing conceptual data model for analytical and reporting solutions
* Business Analysis for process mapping, reviewing metrics inventory for Finance & supporting data flow analysis##
