Job Description:

• Review system and business requirements to support test planning and test case design.

• Develop and maintain test cases in Micro Focus ALM.

• Coordinate with Business Teams, developers, and cross-functional groups to clarify requirements and ensure test quality.

• Attend onsite working sessions 1-2 times per week.

• Support Functional, Regression, System Integration (SIT), and UAT testing cycles.

• Document issues, support defect triage, and maintain requirement traceability in ALM.

• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud-based environments or workflows (asset, not mandatory).
