This is a hybrid, highly visible role focused on supporting enterprise adoption of internal communication and collaboration platforms. The Engagement Lead will partner with communicators and stakeholders across the organization to enable effective use of digital communication tools and drive engagement maturity.
Responsibilities
o Act as a consultation and advisory partner to internal teams using communication platforms
o Translate communication needs into effective, platform-enabled solutions
o Deliver training, workshops, and enablement sessions to support adoption
o Support and grow Champions and power user communities
o Engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, confident communication
o Contribute to platform adoption strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Requirements
o Strong experience supporting internal communications or platform adoption initiatives
o Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
o
Experience with enterprise communication or collaboration platforms
o Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar ecosystems
o Experience supporting change initiatives in large organizations
Nice-to-Have
o Exposure to analytics or adoption insights
o Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology rollouts
o Background in corporate or internal communications
