Are you a people person who understands how to drive ROI through SEO and paid media campaigns?
BTmarketing is seeking a Marketing Account Manager who can build lasting client relationships, manage performance campaigns, and translate marketing strategies into results. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring every campaign delivers success and clear business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients running SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Lead client communications, ensuring expectations are clear, updates are frequent, and goals are met.
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads teams to build and oversee strategies aligned with client goals.
- Translate analytics and reporting into clear recommendations and next steps for clients.
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-channel improvements to support client growth.
- Review and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with KPIs, ROI, and key takeaways.
- Proactively propose optimizations to enhance client results and improve budget efficiency.
- Coordinate with SEO specialists, ad strategists, developers, and content writers to ensure campaigns are cohesive and high-performing.
- Communicate effectively across departments to align deliverables and timelines.
- Manage client budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and conversion funnels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first approach.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, and more.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into business outcomes.
