SAP Cloud Identity Services; CIS and IS-U Billing Lead

Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS) and IS-U Billing Lead join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within a major Utilities CIS program. Operating within a System Integrator model, the Billing Lead is accountable for solution integrity across billing schemas, rate design, billing execution, invoicing, and integration with Device Management, AMI/MDM, FI-CA, and Customer Operations.

This is a hybrid role requires to work on-site 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution within a large-scale Utilities CIS program.
• Own the solution integrity for all billing components, schemas, rate design, billing execution, and invoicing.
• Govern critical integrations between the billing engine and Device Management, AMI/MDM, FI-CA, and Customer Operations systems.
• Operate as the primary billing authority within the System Integrator (SI) delivery model, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
• Ensure all billing outcomes are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and scalable for long-term operations.
• Drive the billing workstream through all project phases, from design and testing to successful go-live and post-launch stabilization.
