Technology Lead; ERP, Tableau, SQL, API Integrations, User Support

We are looking for a hands-on Technology Lead to take ownership of our ERP platform and drive continuous enhancements for business success.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operation of our ERP system and act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will ensure system reliability, lead feature improvements, and support business growth through smart solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily ERP operations and act as the first point of contact for system issues
• Analyze and resolve root causes of ERP issues
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams or vendors
• Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and optimize workflow
• Define and document product requirements and feature enhancements
• Manage integration requirements with third-party platforms (banks, partners, etc.)
• Lead testing and implementation of new ERP features
• Provide user training and create SOPs
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system configuration
• Maintain system automation and performance reports
• Prepare daily operational reports for senior management

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Lead, Product Management, ERP Administration, or Business Systems Analysis
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Tableau experience
• Understanding of API integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting ERP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Technical mindset with business process understanding
• Experience in financial services or financial software is an asset

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Scripting/programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Managing Financial/Trading platform experience
• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization
