Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and a passion for AI and generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will evaluate AI tools, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and help drive adoption of AI products across the organization. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a strong understanding of Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Analysis & Requirements

Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for AI‑related initiatives.

Identify opportunities to integrate AI and GenAI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into business processes.

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution recommendations.

Conduct assessments of AI tools to determine suitability, value, and alignment with business use cases.

Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive AI product enhancements and new capabilities.

Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.

Change Management & Adoption

Support the rollout, training, and change management related to new AI features or tools.

Monitor AI tool usage, adoption, and business impact; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Prepare documentation, presentations, and communication materials to enable stakeholder understanding and engagement.

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Analyze AI outcomes, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement areas.

Recommend optimizations, new use cases, or enhancements based on data‑driven insights.

Essential

Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital or AI‑driven environments.

Strong understanding of or passion for AI and GenAI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, etc.).

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Solid experience working in Agile delivery models, including writing high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Ability to evaluate AI tools and align them to specific business use cases.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

Exposure to enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and data security considerations.
