RPA Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Dev Ops | Ansible | ELK | Open Shift 4 | Windows/Linux
Location: Toronto – Hybrid (4 days WFO)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced Process Automation (PA) program delivering Robotics Automation and Machine Learning capabilities. As part of the team, you will manage production RPA bot infrastructure, virtual machines, and automation environments to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines for automated processes.
- Manage ongoing RPA bot maintenance, including NAS shares and AD group access.
- Investigate incidents raised by business partners, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide technical support for local applications, databases, computers, and network hardware.
- Install, maintain, and update network systems; set security parameters to ensure proper system operation.
- Apply experience and knowledge to support IT activities, production environment stability, and security compliance.
- Maintain hardware, software, and configurations; manage migrations, OS builds, tool installation, and removal of end-of-life hardware.
- Coordinate production environment changes with technology operations to maintain stability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in RPA automation or platform support, SRE, or Dev Ops roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- RPA & Automation Platforms

Bot infrastructure management, incident handling - Dev Ops & CI/CD Tools

Ansible, Jenkins, Git Hub, UCD/Urban Code, Artifactory, Nexus, Sonar Qube - Web & Application Development
:
React, ASP.NET - Container & Cloud Platforms
:
Open Shift 4, Metro Cluster - Operating Systems
:
Windows 10/11, Linux (Red Hat 8/9) - Infrastructure & Security
:
Active Directory, NAS shares, disaster recovery, compliance - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
Nice to Have
- Programming/Scripting: C, Python, Java, Angular
JS, YAML - Camunda experience
- PEGA exposure
