The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager to help drive delivery across multiple teams and ensure work moves forward smoothly and predictably. This role is about coordination and continuous improvement. You will make sure priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and delivery gets better over time.
You’ll work closely with leadership and delivery teams to turn goals into plans, remove obstacles, and improve how work gets done.
What You’ll DoOwn Delivery Execution – Turn leadership priorities into clear, achievable plans and help teams stay focused on what matters most
Plan & Track Work – Maintain visibility into work in progress, timelines, and dependencies so teams and stakeholders always know where things stand
Address Recurring Issues – Partner with customer-facing teams to spot patterns in client issues, understand root causes, and help shape long-term fixes
Improve How We Work – Turn delivery and customer learnings into better processes that reduce friction and prevent repeat problems
Keep Teams Unblocked – Identify risks and bottlenecks early, help resolve blockers, and support teams in delivering high-impact work
Coordinate Across Groups – Act as a key connector between leadership, delivery teams, and success managers to ensure alignment and clear communication
5+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management
Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing work across multiple teams
Proven ability to break down complex problems and turn them into practical improvements
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
