Position: Senior Technical Specialist (MS Power Platform)
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to join our Global Technology team this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.

Position Responsibilities:
Works with the Global Compliance team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure software is functioning at peak performanceIntegrate and/or develop new solutions and maintain existing onesDeliver regular reporting on initiatives, program progress, and key areas of riskIdentify, propose, and acquire toolsets to assist with the process enhancements with emphasis on straight through processing of new business applications in an Agile and Dev Ops environmentExperiment with emerging technologies and understand how they will impact what comes nextResponsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing software architecturesMaintain software environments to best support testing and deployment under continuous integration/continuous deliveryTakes ownership of operational & support (Application & Platform) activities when requiredAmenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)Amenable to work in night shift schedule (at times, flexibility required on business need)Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related courseAdaptability to learn unfamiliar technologies on the goProficient in Microsoft Power Platform — Power Automate (workflow automation) and Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps).Intermediate to expert on Relational Database Management System concepts and administration: SQL ServerExperience working on or closely with customers, vendors and development teams in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Dev Ops, Agile and/or waterfall methodologiesAbility to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environmentStrategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, and the customerNice to have: Basic to Intermediate on the following languages:
Unix & Power Shell Scripting, Python, C#, C#.NETPreferred Qualifications:
Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
