Flextrack is seeking a Salesforce Developer to contribute to a cutting-edge Vendor Management System (VMS) built on the Salesforce platform.
Day to Day you will:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand corporate vision, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and configure a multi-tenant, distributed application using Salesforce technologiesAssist users by providing support, answering questions, and promoting platform adoptionDeliver timely solutions to technical challenges, ensuring smooth application performancePerform unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure all requirements are metIt would be amazing if you have:
5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platformExperience in platform development, including Dev Ops and system integrationStrong development skills in Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web ComponentsProficient in SOQL and SOSLProven ability to design and optimize business processesExcellent communication skills to translate technical issues into non-technical language for stakeholdersComprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and best practices in development, testing, workflows, reporting, and sustainmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualificationsNice to have:
Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities)Web development experience with jQuery, JavaScript, Angular
JS, React, or Vue.jsStrong integration experience with ETL tools and systems such as CRM, ERP, BI, and Data WarehousingHands-on experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as VS Code, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git Hub, and Bit BucketActive Salesforce certifications, such as:oSalesforce Certified Administrator
oSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
oSalesforce Architect Certifications
