We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications & Change Enablement Specialist to support enterprise integrations and transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in executing integration communications, organizational change enablement, and learning delivery operations to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and supported throughout periods of change.
The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning & Development (L&D), and business leadership to deliver consistent messaging, maintain engagement channels, and operationalize learning and communications processes. This role combines strategic coordination with hands‑on execution across communications, learning content, and delivery operations.

Duration: 6+ month contract
Rate: $45‑$50/hour CAD

- Experience supporting enterprise communications, change management, or learning operations initiatives.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, employee‑friendly messaging.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and email communications.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning content management processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, and approvals.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing version control, documentation, and structured processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, L&D, OCM, and leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments.
