Responsibilities Applied to both the process and the outcome of thinking out and specifying the overall structure, logical components, and the logical interrelationships of a computer, its operating system, a network, or other conception. Defines the structure and relationship among applications, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.

Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing at least one cross-platform application in a large and distributed environment, monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code. Defines the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems.

General Skills Experience in the development and implementation of application architectures at the specified experience level Extensive experience with at least two different computing platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols

Desirable Skills Knowledge and understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture methodologies, processes and practice Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions Experience developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models and documentation) Experience leading multi-tier application infrastructure design, documentation and configuration for medium or large corporate implementations Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining large complex applications, workflow processes and dynamic forms.

Core Skills and Experience - 40 %

At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Adobe AEM applications
, workflow processes and dynamic forms.

At least 10 years of experience in Adobe AEM integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, J2EE or other COTS systems.

At least 10 years of experience in Adobe Live Cycle products such as Form, Output, Reader Extension, Digital Signature, and Rights Management.

Demonstrated experience with Adobe AEM enterprise technology, integration solutions, and solution methodologies

Technical Skills and Experience - 35%

Execute tasks on XSLT/XQuery/XPath and transformation capabilities, hands-on experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or any XSLT IDE for creating and debugging XSL

Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.

Working knowledge in analyzing and designing changes to existing web-based software solutions

Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile development
