Business Developer

ACENSI Canada is a fast-growing IT consulting firm headquartered in Montreal, with 10+ years of proven expertise and 100+ consultants delivering results across Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. We're expanding — and we're looking for a Business Developer to open and own our Ontario market.

This isn't a role where you inherit a territory. You build it.

• Develop ACENSI's presence in the Ontario market from day one — pipeline, partnerships, brand
• Identify, target, and close new clients in Financial Services, Healthcare, and/or Manufacturing
• Position our IT consulting practices (not just staffing — real solutioning) with mid-to-large enterprises
• Collaborate with Montreal leadership to deploy the right delivery teams and capabilities
• Build a local network and represent ACENSI at industry events, associations, and C-suite tables
• Be the entrepreneurial leader who eventually grows a team around them

• 7+ years in B2B business development, ideally in IT services or consulting
• You've sold to enterprise clients — you know how to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a builder's mindset
• You're bilingual (English required; French is a bonus for internal collaboration)
• You're based in Toronto or open to relocating
