is a senior-level individual contributor within the Value Stream who leads the delivery of complex solutions tailored to Standard Guild designs and client requirements. The Lead Solution Consultant  extensive domain and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality results, oversee mid- to large-scale projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout various projects and Value Streams. Own end-to-end solutionbuildfor complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements,Standard Guild designs, anddeliverybest practices.

** Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior consultants and solution specialists, strengthening team capability.

**** For Toronto only:
** The salary range for this position is $105,000 to 155,000 CAD. Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications.
