Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will blend hands‑on analytics and data storytelling, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing analytics platforms and business intelligence. The Senior Specialist – Marketing Analytics & Insights will deliver advanced insights and recommendations. These include, but are not limited to, customer behaviour, marketing and digital analytics. The specialist will partner closely with stakeholders to optimize channel investment and campaign effectiveness.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000-$100,000K.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Liaise with partners to understand the business, ensuring quick and effective questions/issues discovery, and helping translate them into technical requirements.
  • Leverage primary and secondary data sources to address business issues. Occasionally, commend quantitative and/or qualitative marketing research to establish benchmarks, formulate hypotheses, and validate assumptions. This research also helps to understand customer interest, attitude, and behavior, and uncover patterns and relationships with statistical significance.
  • Foster a culture of measurement, defining SMART goals linked to our strategy.
  • Gather and analyze primary sales, marketing and performance data for integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce new KPIs, analytics best practices, and standardized measurement approaches to assess channel effectiveness, attribution, media mix and ROI, guide budget allocation, and advance marketing performance maturity.
  • Design and create analytical dashboards and reports for programs to demonstrate their contribution to organizational performance against KPIs, and the current progress against predefined milestones and thresholds.
  • Use technology (e.g., SQL, GA4, Snowflake, Tableau, Google Ads, Meta, UTM parameters) to track, analyze, and visualize data for internal and external reporting.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • We prefer post‑secondary education in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative or Qualitative Research;
    Marketing field.
  • We may consider equivalent work experience a substitution.
  • 5 years experience in an analytical role, preferably in a Marketing area.
  • Experience with digital analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications; particularly Excel, and Power Point; this includes proficiency with the use of formulas, functions, graphs and charts.
  • Experience conducting primary & secondary marketing research, both quantitative & qualitative considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Data Architecture and Data Modeling
