Sr Mobile UX Designer
As Bayer Crop Science’s digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real‑world farming experience. With groundbreaking technology like Fieldview, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design intuitive, desirable, functional user experiences that enable a better "on the go" and "in cab" experience across our mobile Field View platform, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive delivery of the experience within the product.

This is a permanent, Canada home‑based position.

What you will do

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders on product teams (squads) to understand user requirements and business objectives

Partner with UX researchers & product leaders to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies

Observe, analyze, and synthesize data in a way that reflects user behavior, including the creation of customer journeys, user personas, and actionable insights that can be translated into tangible design

Create intuitive, accessible, responsive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for omni‑channel experiences in a way that clearly articulates design concepts and interactions

Integrate iterative, agile design approaches to testing & learning through direct user & stakeholder feedback and usability testing

Bring up‑to‑date industry trends and best practices in UX design

Provide design guidance and feedback to team members

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to create a cohesive experience

Make timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, outcomes, constraints and risks of a project or task

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in a computer field, ideally UX/Graphic Design, HCI, or related field

Strong portfolio showcasing design approach and key projects/products

Strong experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer for mobile and desktop

Proficiency in advanced usage of Figma including rapid prototyping and using shared design systems

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self‑managed, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Genuine curiosity and high ability to learn

Preferred

Experience working in an agile development environment

Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

Understanding of digital agriculture tools

Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile interface guidelines

Experience in conducting user research
