Are you passionate about data, analytics and problem-solving? We're seeking a Senior Business Solutions Consultant who enjoys tackling data challenges to lead the development of insightful analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support.
In this role, you will transform complex business questions into analytical solutions, develop dashboards and reports and ensure data is effectively leveraged to measure performance, identify risks, and support strategic and operational planning.
About the job
You will:
Analyze and interpret complex data to to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities to support performance measurement, planning, and evidence based decision making
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using business intelligence
Translate business and operational requirements into clear, accurate analytic and reporting solutions
Provide data driven advice and insights to senior management on trends, risks, and performance issues
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for technical and non technical audiences
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through application of reporting and data management best practices
Provide end-to-end project support and analysis on analytics initiatives, from requirements gathering to insight delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and support effective use of analytics
Contribute to analytics initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, and continuous improvements
What you bring to the team
Data analytics and reporting expertise
You have experience with:
Managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business and policy objectives
Designing and delivering analytics and reporting solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports
Applying best practices in data management, data quality, and performance measurement
Querying, analyzing, and visualizing data using tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), spreadsheets, databases, and related analytics platforms
Using data to tell a clear story to connect insights to outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
Research, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
You have:
Analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and risks in complex datasets
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support planning, reporting, and forecasting
The ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, actionable insights
Proven problem-solving skills to assess issues and recommend evidence-based solutions
Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration Skills
Written and verbal communication skills to develop effective reports, dashboards, and presentations to management and staff
The ability to explain complex analytical concepts in plain language for non-technical audiences
Confidence in advising senior leaders using data-driven insights
Effective interpersonal, negotiation and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams
Planning and Organizational Skills
You have:
Experience leading or contributing to analytics and reporting initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage competing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Experience tracking progress, reporting on outcomes, and continuously improving analytics products
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on analytical work
