SAP Integration Consultant (Procure-to-Pay / MM / EWM)
Contract
3 Months (with potential extension)
About the Role
We are supporting a major enterprise undergoing a significant ERP transformation, moving from a legacy Accounting and Supply Chain platform to SAP. We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to assess the current state, engage business stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive migration and integration strategy.
This role requires deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and ideally SAP EWM. You will play a key role in evaluating current processes, facilitating workshops, and shaping the roadmap for the move to SAP.
Responsibilities
Conduct a full assessment of existing Accounting and Supply Chain processes within the current legacy system.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and understand operational challenges.
Map current processes to SAP MM / EWM functionality and identify gaps, risks, and key integration points.
Develop a clear migration and integration plan, including process design, data requirements, and cutover considerations.
Provide subject matter expertise on Procure-to-Pay and SAP best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and implementation partners to ensure alignment across functions.
Prepare documentation such as process flows, requirements, system assessments, and recommendations for future-state design.
Present findings and proposed approaches to leadership and project teams.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP implementation or ERP transformation experience.
Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes.
Hands‑on functional experience in SAP MM ; SAP EWM experience preferred.
Previous involvement in migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP.
Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in industries with complex supply chain environments (e.g., utilities, distribution, field services, or retail).
Familiarity with SAP S/4
HANA environments.
