Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients across Eastern Canada.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage service schedules, coordinate with field technicians, and oversee timely project execution.
Engage with customers directly to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide regular reporting on service performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams.
Identify opportunities for improvement within your territory and apply problem-solving skills to drive customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
Ensure all operations align with our core values, emphasizing safety and excellence.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in the conveyor industry with relevant service experience.
A minimum of three years in basic welding and fabricating skills to provide effective technical support.
Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple service calls and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communications.
Valid driver's license to navigate the service territory.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and meet other job-specific requirements to maintain safety and integrity.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
