Job Summary
We are looking for a talented engagement manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity‑backed company clients. You will work closely with senior client executives to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions. We are particularly interested in candidates who operate with integrity, intellectual humility, and a long‑term career commitment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid foundation in analytics, and experience in M&A analytics practice at a Big 4 firm or equivalent with a stellar track record.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions

Translate client communicated business needs into an exploratory data analysis program and lead team efforts to execute

Design, develop, maintain and optimize complex enterprise data models to help solve operational and financial business problems

Develop and maintain high-quality, visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate complex analytics insights and recommendations to senior client executives, ensuring that findings are easy to understand and actionable

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Participate in and lead project meetings and contribute to project deliverables
