We’re looking for a Senior Manager, NBA Measurement and Analytics to join the NBA group and contribute to the enterprise experimentation efforts. In this role, you will design, execute, and evaluate experiments that optimize campaign performance and inform client engagement strategies. You’ll help drive a culture of experimentation that accelerates learning, sharpens decision‑making, and advances RBC’s leadership in personalized marketing and financial advice.

What will you do?

Design, execute, and evaluate enterprise-level marketing experiments across channels and client segments.

Work close with Line of Business partners to analyze the experiment results with statistical methods.

Develop the scalable data pipeline for analytical ready datasets to automate KPI calculations.

Translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and campaign performance.

Partner across Lines of Business, Data & Analytics, Technology, Digital, and Marketing to embed experimentation into the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform client engagement, personalization, and marketing strategies.

Maintain documentation, ensure data security compliance, and promote best practices within the organization.

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:

An academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Knowledge of advanced testing methodologies (e.g., uplift modelling, Bayesian methods, contextual bandits, propensity score matching).

Advanced Knowledge in Statistics & Causal Inference (e.g., hypothesis testing, power analysis, T-test, Z-Test, ANOVA, variance reduction, sampling techniques).

Advanced Knowledge in marketing related machine learnings in Python (e.g., classification, regression, ranking).

Programming experience with large databases/datasets (using tools such as Python, PySpark & SQL).

Experience in using Python Based Statistical Packages (stats models, scipy, numpy).

Experience in designing and evaluating marketing experiments and interpreting results to drive business impact.

Business acumen and understanding of enterprise marketing strategy and Banking products.

Nice to Have:

Experience with enterprise personalization, targeting, or decision‑making platforms.

Experience with banking products.

An MBA in marketing is an asset.

Experience in financial services, digital marketing, or large-scale client engagement programs.
