This position is provisionally  Onsite/Hybrid , requiring  7.25 hours per calendar day  between  8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an  Intermediate CRM – Solutions Designer  to support CRM solution design, configuration, and implementation activities for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions within a large, complex Ontario Public Service environment. The resource will play a key role in designing hosting and application technology solutions, aligning with enterprise standards, policies, cost models, and best practices, while delivering high‑quality, secure, and scalable CRM capabilities.

Scope

Design Salesforce Public Sector Solutions CRM hosting and application components based on business requirements.

Support solution reviews, fit‑gap assessments, development, configuration, documentation, and deployment.

Collaborate with architects, developers, business SMEs, and other IT professionals throughout the SDLC.

Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, performance improvements, and post‑implementation stabilization.

Assignment Deliverables

Design, develop, configure, and document Salesforce Public Sector Solutions CRM components.

Conduct solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and technical assessments with project teams.

Support the creation of application design artifacts, installation scripts, deployment packages, and build books.

Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions and integrations across DEV, TEST, PRE‑PROD, and PROD.

Expertise Required
Must Have

5+ years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud environments.

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.

Certified Salesforce Omni Studio Developer.

Certified Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.

Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies, design patterns, and solutioning best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience building Salesforce solutions from user stories and low‑level design documents.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, standard‑compliant code.

Security Clearance
Required.
