Senior Network Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a senior network specialist to help with a hardware configuration project for a top 5 Canadian bank. This resource will help implement and support the cyber security network team with their hardware refresh planning, assessment, and implementation.

• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of firewall lifecycle management and hardware refresh initiatives.
• Experience working within regulated environments (financial services preferred).
• Solid knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, NIST).
• Proven ability to execute structured pre‑and post‑implementation validation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Palo Alto Networks certifications (PCNSE or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large‑scale network transformation or modernization programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise change management and governance processes.
• Experience working with PMOs and multi‑disciplinary technology teams.
