A technology consultancy firm is seeking a highly skilled mainframe application developer to lead the migration of FOCUS applications to COBOL, JCL, and SORT ICETOOL solutions in Toronto. The candidate must have extensive experience in technical solution architecture, with proven skills in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, along with the ability to analyze and optimize legacy logic. This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
