Delivery Manager: Engineering, AI Adoption & Global Delivery Excellence

We are seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager with expertise in Engineering Excellence, Agile methodologies, Process Maturity, Delivery Excellence, AI adoption, and global team leadership. You will drive process efficiency, delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful AI project implementation across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India. You will own several teams in the key Account Open & Edit space for our client, working in the wealth management and investment industry.

• Quickly assemble and onboard teams aligned with project needs and tech stacks
• Implement a Global Delivery Operating Model for distributed teams, ensuring effective cross-cultural collaboration
• Set clear goals, provide direct feedback, and coach teams for high performance
• Recognize and develop top talent
• Define and track KPIs for code quality, automation, and CI/CD
• Lead adoption of new tools and ensure compliance with tech mandates
• Drive Agile practices to improve release predictability and velocity
• Oversee PI and Sprint Planning
• Optimize delivery processes and enforce organizational standards
• Ensure clean code, architecture compliance, and robust delivery metrics
• Maintain strong delivery governance and transparent stakeholder communication
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations; ensure nearshore/offshore collaboration
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Align teams with client strategies and provide regular updates to maintain trust
• Lead AI initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation and scaling
• Drive user adoption, track outcomes, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Lead and integrate offshore teams across US, Canada, Mexico, and India
• Foster inclusion, adapt communication styles, and optimize collaboration across locations

• Demonstrated experience in delivery management across engineering, Agile methodologies, AI adoption, and leading global teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Extensive background in the consulting and outsourcing industry
• Solid experience within the financial sector
• Proven expertise in change management within complex, global environments
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools, software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and AI project delivery
• Strong risk and crisis management capabilities
• Superior analytical skills to anticipate, identify, and resolve project challenges

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA $135,000 - CA $200,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
