Overview
Bilingual in English / French with 1+ year of technical/help desk experience in a Windows OS environment. Strong client-centric mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Responsibilities- Provide first and second level support for Windows OS environments.
- Engage with clients to identify needs and deliver effective solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Multi-task and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual in English / French.
- 1+ year of technical/help desk experience in a Windows OS environment.
- Strong knowledge of first and second level support; ability to multitask and make sound judgments in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Experience with Microsoft application software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong client-centric mindset: you engage with purpose to find the right solutions and go the extra mile.
- Familiar with Citrix VPN.
- Familiar with Windows Hello for Business.
- Post-secondary education.
- Previous experience in banking.
