This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Akkodis is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end user‑experience work across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases, following the Digital Service Design Playbook. You’ll partner with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver mobile‑first, accessible, and data‑informed experiences for high‑impact digital services.

• Lead UX across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live phases; plan and deliver research, prototyping, testing, and iteration cycles.
• Facilitate user research (interviews, usability tests), synthesize insights, and convert findings into personas, journeys, service blueprints, storyboards, and measurable KPIs.
• Produce low‑ to high‑fidelity designs and clickable prototypes; validate with users; iterate to MVP and beyond.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams; refine user stories and acceptance criteria one sprint ahead of development.

• Develop and present Inception / Science Fair Day materials to align cross‑functional teams on next‑phase direction.
• Produce service blueprints, storyboards, journey maps, and visual artifacts to communicate user flows and system interactions.
• Create low‑/high‑fidelity prototypes (including clickable prototypes) and iterate based on usability testing outcomes.

• End‑to‑end UX delivery across complex products; mobile‑first, responsive, and accessible design.
• Iterative prototyping with user testing and measurable improvements.
• Agile/Scrum collaboration; story mapping, backlog refinement, sprint participation.
• Solid research ops: planning, facilitation, synthesis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard UX tools (see Technical Skills).

• AODA/WCAG accessibility testing certification or demonstrable expertise.
• HCI/Usability/UX Research certification(s).
