We're seeking 3 Junior Project Coordinators to support the ONE Support team. ONE foundational to multiple digital health solutions used across Ontario’s healthcare ecosystem.
This role supports EHR modernization initiatives
, ONE e Management, client onboarding, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT or digital health environments with strong client integration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments
- Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation
- Experience supporting product integration projects
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance
- Ability to execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines
- Experience with in the digital health ecosystem
- Working knowledge of IAM operational processes
- Experience with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
- Exposure to business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Coordinate ONE l activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents, and escalations within SLA timelines
- Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization
- Support communication and engagement plans for ONE s
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives
- Support IAM-related activities within integration projects
- Assist in Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution
- Coordinate client onboarding and integration to ONE
- Project coordination, business operations, or technical onboarding experience – 20 points
- Experience supporting identity and access operations or authorization processes – 35 points
- Customer service, client support, and stakeholder engagement experience – 35 points
- Experience assisting with business process improvement and documentation – 10 points
