• Lead end-to-end UX design using mobile-first and responsive design principles, applying industry best practices to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centred digital solutions across complex products.
• Drive user research and usability testing by facilitating interviews, research synthesis, and insight reporting, translating findings into iterative design improvements aligned with accessibility and usability standards.
• Collaborate within Agile (Scrum) product teams to deliver solutions on schedule, partnering with product owners, developers, and stakeholders while effectively managing change, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure

• We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
