Supervisor, Insights is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and strategic insights that drive revenue opportunities and inform storytelling. By leveraging our community of analytics across the Plus Company network, you’ll harness cutting-edge analytics, AI-centric innovations, and automation tools to elevate client strategies, unlock new value streams, enhance audience engagement, and provide a competitive edge in our highly competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities- Strategic insights:
Craft data‑driven insights, helping clients visualize opportunities, audience segments, and potential ROI. - Revenue optimization:
Identify insights that can guide clients in optimizing their marketing efforts, with a focus on audience engagement and conversion strategies. - Innovation tools & platforms:
Partner with teammates of media technology and product development to innovate and bring smarter analytics to our clients. - Analytics collaboration:
Engage closely with our data infrastructure team to align reporting with client needs, ensuring the data pipeline supports their goals. - Client reporting:
Influence dashboard customization and presentations, providing clients with actionable insights and recommending data‑driven strategies for growth.
- Strong communication skills:
Present complex data and insights in a concise, actionable format that is impactful to clients. - Data storytelling expertise:
Interpret data with a narrative focus, transforming complex analytics into compelling, actionable client stories. - Analytical proficiency:
Experience in media or marketing analytics, including audience segmentation and performance tracking. - Technical knowledge:
Proficiency in analytics platforms, visualization tools, and AI-based insights, with a commitment to leveraging the latest technologies for client benefit. - Innovation mindset: A proactive approach to exploring and integrating new technologies to enrich data insights and optimize media strategies.
- Problem‑solving ability:
Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, identifying insights and opportunities proactively.
- 3+ years in insights, analytics or strategy within a media, marketing, or tech-focused environment (ideally AI‑driven).
- Proven experience with media strategies, activation of audiences, data insights, and narrative-building in a client‑facing capacity.
- Experience with Vividata, Pathmatics, and Vivex.
- Experience in Google Sheets/Excel (data modeling and pivot tables) and Google Slides/PowerPoint for presentations.
