The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and applications that solve complex business problems, and bridge the gap between foundation models and production-ready software, ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and integrated seamlessly into our products and services.

• Agentic Workflow Development:
  Design and code multi-agent systems where AI models surface internal data autonomously plan tasks, use tools, and execute complex workflows. Deploy and build against appropriate frameworks.
• System Integration:
  Integrate LL models and agentic frameworks into existing software applications and infrastructure using APIs and microservices, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Prototype and Consultancy - Work with internal teams across multiple development languages to provide examples of best practice AI development and build initial implementations to kick-start development and act as a consultant to assist development of products and business solutions.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization:
  Continuously refine system prompts and orchestration logic to improve reliability - review use cases against different models to select the most appropriate models for the solution
• Performance and Monitoring:
  Implement evaluation frameworks to test against hallucinations, manage costs, and apply guardrails. Monitor model performance post-deployment, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and ensure data quality.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with specialized AI domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP), ML, Computer Vision, Generative AI/LLMs or Agentic AI.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with LLM APIs (Gemini/OpenAI/Claude), including knowledge of temperature settings, context windows, and prompting strategies
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Git version control, and relational databases (SQL). Experience in coding across multiple language, Python, C++, Java
• Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
• Strong communication skills translating AI into business impact
